Studs

Studs are metal rods with threads either on full length or at both ends. These complement with Nuts to bind the two surfaces together

Geometry: ASME B18.31.2

Threads: ASME B1.1 - UNR; ASME B1.13M - Metric

Depending on the customer's specifications, chamfered ends are provided. Nominal Diameter sizes 5/8" - 3"

Nuts

Nuts feature internal threads that fit to create a strong attachment between the joining surfaces.

Material Grade: 2H, 2HM, 7, 7M

Geometry: ASME B18.2.2

Threads: ASME B1.1 - UN; ASME B1.13M - Metric

Nuts may either have both sides chamfered or have one side as washer-faced. Nominal Diameter sizes 5/8" - 3"

Bolts

Bolt, the counterpart of nut, feature an external, partially or fully threaded shaft. These have a head at one end.

Material Grade: B7, B7M, L7, L7M

Geometry: ASME B18.2.1

Threads: ASME B1.1 - UNR; ASME B1.13M - Metric

Depending on the customer's drawings, geometry is customised further. Nominal Diameter sizes 5/8" - 3"

Xylan Coated Nuts

Surface Finish

To add corrosion resistance to the fasteners, customers choose the desired finish based on the application, exposure to elements, further treatment. NUBOTECK offers below types of surface finishes.

Bolting Material

The below bolting grades are the regular grades that we manufacture. Stock of the raw material used to manufacture these is maintained. We understand the criticality of the role played by the fasteners and so the raw material is sourced only from the approved steel mills.
